  本文从刑事简易程序的概念入手,对我国简易程序的立法现状加以了分析与反思,从而试图借鉴国外简易程序的立法经验,以我国现有简易程序的法律规定为基础,构建我国“多元化”的简易程序体系。同时,由于简易程序中对被告人的权利作出了很大的限制,因而,本文认为从程序正义、实体正义与诉讼效率三个角度对于简易程序的正当性基础加以解读是十分必要的。同时,任何一个国家的法律制度都是一个有机联系、密切配合的整体,刑事简易程序的良好、有效运行也离不开配套制度的支持。
